ZOKU – new studio apartment hotel with co-working
The Dutch ZOKU hotel concept is set to open in Copenhagen’s Ørestad Nord district.
The first ZOKU hotel to open outside the Netherlands, the hotel will be the first of a roll-out of 50 hotels in cities across Europe, including Vienna, Berlin and Paris, and the US.
Uniquely combining accommodation with work space, the 30m2 Loft Studios will be available for long and short term stays. In addition, the hotel will also offer 12m2 Bootstrap Rooms with bunkbeds and access to the hotel’s ample social spaces with co-working and communal dining as well as meeting rooms.
Entirely constructed using upcycled building materials, the 160-studio ZOKU hotel will also include access to amenities such as an organic supermarket. The hotel will be located a short walking distance from the DR Byen Metro Station.
The hotel is set to open in November 2020
