The best raw materials are always the starting point, and we use the time necessary to achieve sublime quality. As an example, it takes one month to produce fresh bacon and two months to produce aged bacon. In 2014, our salmon was voted Denmark's best cold-smoked salmon by Erhversfiskernes Fiskeavis.Today we deliver to approx. 15 of the very best chefs in Denmark, several with Michelin stars. The philosophy and goal is to always achieve the sublime quality worthy of a Michelin restaurant.TrattoriaOur small trattoria, informal restaurant, is in the open air. We have 6 tables and the possibility of larger ones for company. With only 6 tables, there is plenty of time to spoil each guest. Under a parasol, a cup of good mocha, something sweet, a good glass of wine or, if you are hungry, appetizers of our own products, garnished with the foreign specialities, are served. Every day is different, and we follow the season, with greens and herbs from our associated garden. When the time is right, fresh figs, lemons, apples, berries are picked just before serving. Leek, potato, beetroot, rhubarb, onion, horseradish and many more are also used freshly harvested.It is an advantage to book a table at the latest the day before.
