Fishing ground | Sundsøre

Interesting ground with great variation. At the wide point stretching towards Hvalpsund you have the chance of catching migrating fish on their journey toward the great number of streams flowing into Skive Fjord, Hjarbæk Fjord, and Lovns Bredning. At the end of the point the water is deep close to land and occasionally the water flow is strong. The sea bed consists of sand, pebbles, eelgrass, and mussels making the fish stop to fourage. You can fish from both sides of the point. At Sundsøre there are a lot of seals too. You can park at Sundsøre Harbor, Sundsørevej.
