Art experience in the center of Hundested at Galleri Sunde
In Østergade, right in the center of Hundested, you'll find the cozy gallery/studio – Galleri Sunde. The location is 150 meters from the harbor and 50 meters from Hundested station. Galleri Sunde presents unique paintings and exciting ceramic sculptures.
The studio is run by the sisters Vibeke and Gerd Sunde, who moved to and built a joint studio/gallery in Hundested in 2017. Previously, they had studios in North Jutland and Sweden, where Vibeke worked on ceramic sculptures and Gerd on paintings. The gallery is part of "Art in Halsnæs" and participates, among other things, in "Open Studio Doors" in August. Visitors are invited to take a stroll in the beautiful garden with flowers and sculptures, which is open during the season.
Opening hours are Saturdays from 11 am to 2 pm throughout the year, and if the flag is out, or by appointment. Visitors can just knock on the door – if the hosts are home, they will gladly open. Welcome to Galleri Sunde.
